About us
It was early 2003 when the government of Pakistan floated the expression of interest to award GSM licenses for mobile service operator Telenor in the country. EES was one of the very few who had this vision to capture the upcoming booming telecommunication industry.

Along with mobile operator telenor, another operator warid telecom was also awarded the GSM operations license. The huge demand for services created an entry point for EES and at that frame in time EES was in the business of providing telecom solutions to a limited customer base. The company partnering with the telecom division of AKSA group of companies executed various infrastructure development projects as in optical fiber laying and telephone exchanges and also qualified for infrastructure development contract for the mobile operator telenor in the beginning through Alandick and then later through Nokia Pakistan. Starting with the C-1 region and with very scarce resources, EES-AKSA contributed telenor with more than 50 BTS sites.

EES proved to be a company that could deliver quality and commitment the way required by its customer and hence was awarded contract by SIEMENS AG to start infrastructure development in South region in partnership with leading telecom solution provider Konnect Holden limited (KHL). That was challenge for EES as at that time infrastructure development giants Flextronics, Antensan, IKAN, descon and other were also subcontractors for SIEMENS AG on the same telenor expansion project. Being an entirely new arena for EES, Karachi region with a population of around 20 million was very hostile in the beginning but EES with its vision set out casted its competitors in every way and achieved the recognition of being the best subcontractor on SIEMENS AG/telenor project.

Warid telecom and Mobilink also relied on EES for their network expansion.

EES further excelled and foreseeing the operation & maintenance market with the placement of vast networks incorporated the O&M division partnering with KHL and started O&M on 219 sites in the central Punjab C-2 region. Effectively and efficiently maintaining the network, telenor Pakistan increased the number of sites to 600 for O&M. Starting May, 2008 sites doubled and now EES is maintaining over 1300 sites for mobile operator Telenor providing one-window O&M that is electrical, mechanical, civil, refueling and covering all the issues related to Wapda i.e. payment of bills to resolution of all issues pertaining to transformers and related infrastructure. With revenues of over USD 10 million, EES holds a strong position in today’s telecom industry. All three divisions of EES work parallel and cater all the demands of the market with emphasis on building strong and long lasting business relationships.
